Hobbiton On Hogsback Association

Hobbiton is a registered Non Profit and Public Benefit Organisation who provide essential life skills through outdoor education to marginalized children from children's homes and shelters in the Eastern Cape. In order for us to provide these camps we charge schools, religious groups and corporations for training on these skills and accommodate them. We focus on team building, personal development, conflict resolution, effective communication and environmental educational which are facilitated by our staff through our activities. These include low, middle and high ropes courses, abseiling, zip wire, orienteering, compass courses, trapeze, climbing walls, hikes through indigenous and exotic forests to waterfalls, night hikes and various other outdoor pursuits.
