My interim support is focused on accounting, FP & A, controlling, project management and business development. I can assist with monthly closings, account reconciliations, reporting, financial analysis, internal control compliance, audit preparation, internal/external auditing, accounting policies & procedures, budgeting, forecasting, performance risk mitigation, cost reduction, collections, sales pricing, investment analysis, business plans, due diligence, acquisitions, organizational transformations, employee training and development, process improvements, system implementations and other projects. I will support you in any capacity needed – from junior roles to executive roles – and my fees will vary accordingly. I will serve as an Accountant/Analyst, Sr. Accountant/Sr. Analyst, Supervisor, Manager, Controller or Interim CFO for as long as needed. Minimal start-up time, versatility, hands-on work ethic, focus on deadlines, quality and teamwork are among the things that you can expect from me. I guarantee that you will be delighted. I founded Hodge Interim as a sole practitioner to support Finance & Accounting departments and businesses at peak times of the year or when needed to handle temporary staffing shortages, acquisitions, start-ups, transformations and special projects.
