Hogwash

The particular groups of people we will be working with, will have had limited access to employment due to constraints of their situation. Our restaurant and eventual connections to social services and organisations related to hospitality will help us to build a service that will provide essential support to those experiencing unemployment or inactivity within the community. We will deliver a structured service to ease the transition of people who have experienced long term unemployment or struggling to be employed back into the community with the ultimate aim of giving them the experience to go on and find permanent work. We will develop and deliver structured programmes of training on working within a kitchen environment and for those who need help with housing or accessing external training. The aim is to improve and build confidence for those entering/re-entering the workplace and life skills for those experiencing long-term unemployment.
