Hola Mija Chips is a heritage-driven tortilla chip company proudly made in Los Angeles using Mexican traditions and real ingredients. We craft our chips from scratch, starting with fresh, organic nixtamalized corn tortillas made exclusively for us. Each batch is fried in grass-fed beef tallow — never seed oils — giving our chips a clean, authentic flavor and a light, satisfying crunch. Founded in 2023, Hola Mija was created to bring back the taste and integrity of the tortilla chips we grew up with. Our mission is to offer a better, cleaner snack while honoring the culture, people, and craftsmanship behind every bag. We work with skilled local tortilla makers and small LA vendors, helping create more jobs within our community. Our products include 7oz and 2oz bags of Original Tallow-Fried Tortilla Chips, along with small-batch seasonal flavors and custom chips for retail, hospitality, and specialty stores. We’re also exclusive to our retail partners and intentionally choose not to sell on Amazon to keep our brand special and supportive of small businesses.
