HOLATE provides its telephone counselling service to companies on a "Pay as you use" basis so that every company regardless of size can afford to provide their employees with the very best in telephone counselling all on a simple 30 day rolling contract. HOLATE can provide a complete Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to companies with optional extras such as Stress Risk Assessment, Formulation of an Effective Stress Code and Policy, Stress Awareness Program (SAP) and a Whistle Blowing Line. HOLATE can also provide our Confidential Telephone Counselling Helpline for companies who want to use our service on an outsourced basis. Our counsellors are accredited by national bodies such as the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or The British Psychological Society (BPS).
