My mission is to make safety and culture tangible and concrete for managers and employees. When incidents happen, we focus and facts, on what actually happened - and how it made sense at the time when someone took a decision that later turned out to be wrong. When organisations want to prevent people getting hurt or harmed at work, we talk about the same: How are we actually doing things here already? Where are the gaps in management's perception of what is going on how things are actually being done? And how come there is this gap? How can we better help eachother to get what we all want: No accidents, no incidents, no harm to physical and mental health?
