Hold It All Inc. is the holding company for the personal business interests of Chip and Summer Wilson and their five sons. HIA has five focus areas: apparel, real estate, private equity, passive investments and philanthropy. APPAREL Chip’s career in the apparel industry began in 1979 as Founder & CEO of Westbeach Snowboarding Ltd. In 1998, he founded lululemon athletica inc, creating "athleisure", an entirely new apparel category that has since grown to become a $100B global business. In 2019, the Wilson family invested in Amer Sports, a multi-brand athletic company that includes internationally recognized brands Salomon, Arc'teryx, Peak Performance, Atomic, Suunto, and Wilson Sporting Goods. WILSON CAPITAL Wilson Capital is HIA's private equity division. As active investors, we make direct investments in digitally savvy direct-to-consumer technical apparel, lifestyle, health and wellness and athletic consumer brands and services. We invest in companies that create possibilities for people to live longer, healthier, more fun lives and that align with our vision and values. WILSON 5 FOUNDATION Established in 2012 by Chip, his wife Summer, and their five sons, the foundation focuses on land conservancy, parks and public art to encourage recreation and movement. Recent local art and design initiatives include the Wilson School of Design at Kwantlen Polytechnic University and the Wilson Arts Plaza at Emily Carr University.
