Betsy and Chas Holder are a brother and sister legal team. Their family has resided in Champaign County for over 6 generations contributing to the community in an array of fields from masonry to professors at the University of Illinois and Parkland College, real estate developers, lawyers, doctors, publishers, accountants, and farmers. Both Chas and Betsy returned to the Community after completing their undergraduate and law degrees on the East Coast. Betsy has focused almost exclusively in the area of Personal Injury, which includes a large medical malpractice client base in addition to automobile accident victims throughout Central Illinois. When a person is severely injured or killed, their lives and their family's lives are impacted in many different ways. There are physical as well as financial and legal burdens that her clients face. For this reason, joining forces with her brother, Chas Holder, allows her to provide a holistic approach to handling her client's adversities. Chas Holder holds a CPA, is a Registered Investment Adviser Representative, and has extensive experience in the areas of financial planning and wills and estates practice. As a CPA, he has additional knowledge in the area of taxation as it applies to legal matters. This is extremely beneficial to clients in his residential and commercial real estate legal practice. Chas also works as an associate of Daniel E. Holder & Associates, Inc, and as President of Holder Wealth Management, Inc. Holder Law Group's approach is hands on.
