Holistic Healing Wellbeing Services

Bring wellbeing treatments such as Reflexology, Reiki and Indian Head Massage into the workplace and see: Reduced absenteeism Fewer sick days Reduced pain Increased wellbeing & motivation Increased satisfaction within the workplace Increased feeling of support Increased loyalty to the company Happier employees! My 'wellbeing in the workplace' services provide 15-20 minute holistic therapy taster treatments - Reflexology, Reiki or Indian Head Massage to employees. By giving employees time away from the stresses that come with their everyday jobs, to concentrate on their wellbeing, you will notice significant improvements all round. Holistic therapies have been shown to be effective in reducing stress and anxiety levels in a natural and healthy way. All the therapies are non-invasive and the therapeutic touch has been shown to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which in turn moderates and calms the stress response. Some companies choose to offer this service as a ‘benefit’ to their staff, some subsidise the service; whilst others simply provide the convenience of having someone onsite once a month. This allows their employees to make healthier decisions for themselves and their lifestyle.
