Holistic Nurture

We are a holistic centre located at Adree house river road Blanchardstown village D15. In the centre you will find: yoga classes, holistic therapies, pregnancy and birth workshops, pre-natal and post-natal classes and much more. Ours is a wellness centre in the full sense of the word – helping you to be better, be well. We want to give you the best we can, and so our Yoga classes are in small groups, allowing each teacher to give individual attention and tailor the class specifically to the needs of each group. The classes are different in style and discipline so you can find one that suits your needs and abilities. The centre is a place for us to get together, catch up and chat about our journeys and experiences towards and after child birth. We have created a safe and warm environment where we can support and guide you, teach and treat you. We will explore your birth preferences, learn together what your body and soul need, and how we are going to match that with reality. We provide information and access to Doula support and many tools and classes for expecting parents. Our centre is home to many activities, but we also offer individual therapies and treatments; Massage, Acupuncture, Amatsu Cranial sacral therapy and many more.
