I am a Doctor in Clinical Psychology and a licensed LMFT with over 20 years of experience. I have trained extensively in diverse approaches of therapy ranging from psychodynamic psychotherapy, family therapy, energy therapy and more. I am the founder and developer of IPEC Therapy, specializing in the treatment of chronic physical health conditions impacted by stress and trauma. I am a licensed Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience and have extensive training in clinical psychology, family therapy, energy therapy and body-mind modalities. I am the co-founder of IPEC Therapy and certified in maternal mental health. Using my holistic approach I integrate the great value of interpersonal talk therapy for insight and cognitive behavioral changes with energy and somatic based techniques that promote deep healing and connection to the self and to natural state of wellbeing. I have strong interpersonal and counseling skills and emphasize strengths, coping skills and resources as well as mindfulness and stress reduction.
