Holistic Wellness Community

We are a small registered charity who provide free or very low cost complementary therapy classes to our local community. There is a huge need for good quality and accessible mental health services, and our aim is to break down many of the barriers to this support which can often be expensive and out of reach for many people. We offer an array of classes both online and face to face including Forest Bathing, Creative Psychotherapy, Women’s Circle, Guided Relaxation & Meditation, EFT, Hatha Yoga, Mindful Singing, Journalling, Havening and Sound Baths. The aim of our classes is to provide people with simple and effective techniques to help them manage their personal mental health challenges in their everyday lives. We are a funding based organisation and we source grants from various organisations to fund the provision of classes to our community of people in need. Our aim is to provide free holistic wellbeing, and to support mental health in a non judgemental safe environment, by bringing together a community of likeminded people, where all are welcome. We are not a replacement for professional therapy and it is not our aim to be so, our aim is to educate, promote and explore complimentary therapies to aid and support mental health. We also offer corporate wellbeing sessions or away days where companies or teams can come and experience some of the classes we offer. The aim of our corporate classes is to offer wellbeing sessions to local businesses and organisations and in turn provide a much needed income stream for our charity. The money earned from corporate classes covers the cost of providing the sessions and also generates additional income for us to continue to support the running of our charity and in turn provide classes to our community. So when booking a corporate session with us not only are you investing in the wellbeing of your company and colleagues, but you are also contributing to the wellbeing of the local community.
