We believe in the power of community We believe that vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness. And we believe no one should have to deal with depression or anxiety on their own. The Holla at Me Foundation strives to transform the lives of children and adults by finding strength through vulnerability, improving mental and physical health. By fostering connection, purpose and community, we hope to bring awareness to and provide education to communities to rethink depression and anxiety. By challenging the status quo approach so that no one feels like they have to face these challenges alone.
