Holloway Partners is a privately held Hollywood, CA-based real estate firm founded to bring innovation and energy to Los Angeles commercial property investment, development, and management. Our mission is to leverage our knowledge and broad experience to achieve value and improve the built environment. We aggressively target value-add and under-performing properties in highly populated regions that have market-related occupancy problems or expansion potential, and/or require renovating, upgrading or recapitalization. While the principals of Holloway Partners have completed transactions in excess of $250 million throughout the country, we are primarily pursuing mixed-use, commercial, multifamily and development opportunities in the Greater Los Angeles area.
