Holly Futures Co, Ltd.(“Holly Futures” or the “Company”) is a large-scale futures company approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission It is one of the top futures companies in China and the leading company in futures industry in Jiangsu Province. Its registered capital is RMB 680 million and its net asset exceeded RMB 1.2 billion. The Company affiliates to Jiangsu SOHO Holding Group Co, Ltd, a large enterprise group wholly-owned by Jiangsu State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (“SASAC”). The major shareholders of the company include Jiangsu SOHO Holding Group, High Hope International Group and the listed corporation Jiangsu Holly (SH:600128). The headquarters of the Company is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. It has 43 branches in main financial centers and core cities in China such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, etc. The Company has set up a risk management subsidiary, Holly Capital Management Co, Ltd. in Qianhai, Shenzhen and acquired Hong Su Futures (Hong Kong) Co, Ltd. As at 31 December 2014, the Company was ranked second in China in terms of the number of futures branches. The Company is also the only one in Jiangsu Province which has been honored as Class A Grade A futures company for 7 times in succession, and has been awarded the “National Civilized Unit”, “Jiangsu Province-level Civilized Sample Unit”, “China Best Futures Company”, and the “Outstanding Members” of every futures exchange in China.
