Holly Ohlsson Coaching provides health, wellness, & lifestyle coaching for the professional mom trying to do it all. Utilizing positive psychology techniques, we work through each client's unique individual situation to uncover their path to fullness, wellness, and happiness. Having lived the life of a corporate mother, I know the pressures and challenges working moms face, and I know how difficult it can be to commit time for yourself. But I also know the importance of investing in yourself so you can continue to fulfill your many roles and do so joyfully instead of dreadfully. Utilizing my training as a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, I help each individual utilize their inherent strengths to improve their overall well being. We explore all pillars of health - emotional, mental, physical & spiritual. I meet each client where they are and together we co-create a wellness roadmap so they can reduce their stress, increase their energy & vitality, and move away from the path to burnout towards the path of resiliency, strength, confidence & zest for life.
