In March of 2022, HollyFrontier Corporation and Holly Energy Partners, L.P. announced the completion of their respective acquisitions of Sinclair Oil and Sinclair Transportation Company. As a result, HF Sinclair Corporation became the new parent holding company of both entities, including HollyFrontier Corporation, and their subsidiaries, and is now the public company trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “DINO”.
