Established in March 2016 as a joint venture between Stephen Holmes and Helen Dyer, Holmes Dyer blends the governance, management and consultation skills of Helen Dyer with the design, development and planning skills of business partner Stephen Holmes to provide a company that creates, manages and delivers; land, cities and communities. We pride ourselves on our demonstrated ability to create, manage and deliver sustainable solutions tailored to our client’s specific needs. Holmes Dyer is an agile national consultancy of lateral thinkers facilitating bespoke outcomes in the use, design, development, delivery and governance of land, cities and communities. We are involved in some of the largest and most complex projects in Australia, from their inception and genesis, through the formulation of the governance framework, the investigation of the design opportunities, evaluation of the economic, social and environmental influences, to project adoption and implementation.
