We brought together a group of restless and nonconformist consultants and non-consultants, and after several years of studies, research and experiences with clients of different sizes and sectors, we created an innovative approach to organizational and cultural transformation based on a logic of flows and the adaptability of living systems that we named Gentle Transformation.
