Home Bound Veteran

Home Bound Veteran exists for two reasons: 1) to tell the stories of veterans as they transition from the military to civilian life, and 2) to provide resources and connection points for veterans navigating this transition so that they can make the change in a healthy and efficient manner. HBV was created by Keith and Laura Galloway as a result of their own transition experience. They were married while Keith was in flight school with the Navy. After ten years of active duty service Keith decided to leave the military and began a multi-year career search which included affiliating with the reserves after a four year hiatus from the military. Laura's own perspective of the family's transition from life in the Navy and living overseas to a more stable cadence is one that is often kept in the shadow of the veteran's story so we're including the spouse's story as part of the podcast too.
