When my wife and I were looking for our own family, we quickly realised how difficult it was to be the desperate relative trying to find the right support for your family. It was this emotional journey that led us to set up Home Instead close to home, to help families like our own Based in Solihull, Home Instead provides award winning home care for older people in Knowle, Dorridge, Solihull and surrounding villages; allowing them to remain independent and continue to live in their own homes for as long as possible. Our CAREGivers are kind and compassionate and share our commitment to deliver the best quality care to every one of our clients. Our commitment to you is exactly this. Our CAREGivers are thoroughly screened and trained. Each CAREGiver will be matched to an appropriate client, and personally introduced by a member of our management team. Our visits will not be rushed, and they will be tailored to the needs of each individual client. These needs may vary from assistance with shopping trips, providing companionship, escorting to appointments or social engagements, home help, meal preparation, personal care, support with medication and much, much more. Our visits can be from as little as one hour a week. Whether you call it Home Care, Home Help or Domiciliary Care, our aim is to raise the bar in terms of providing quality care for older people.
