This new service is the latest expression of North American Family Institute's 42-year mission to enrich the quality of life and independence of the people we serve. Homecare Choices launches services for Cape Cod and the Islands in November 2016. The power to remain at home on your own terms can be as simple as having a trusted partner who can change a lightbulb or walk the dog. It extends to feeling truly comfortable with a care giver who can assist with personal care, cooking and reminders that preserve health and safety.
