Using the latest optical equipment, our optometrists perform eye examinations to the highest professional standards that you would expect at any high street practice. If you having difficulty attending a high street opticians unaccompanied, due to poor health or a mental or physical disability you may be entitled to a FREE NHS sight test. We have portable diagnostic equipment to bring the eye examination to the comfort of your home. 1) You can request a home visit using the online form or by calling us on 0800 001 6499. We’ll take a some details to ensure that you are eligible for a free home eye test and then arrange a convenient time to visit. 2) Your optician will visit your home at a allocated time. They’ll ask about your eye care history and any problems you may be having. They’ll then conduct an eye test, using specialised equipment for use in the home. Then provide you the results in your eye sight prescription. 3)f your eye test indicates you need glasses, you can choose from our collection, your prices ranging from £25 to £169. If you qualify for NHS funding to lower the cost of glasses, or get a free pair. We’ll deliver your new glasses within 3 weeks of our visit. You will also receive a written record of the outcome of your eye examination.
