homefully GmbH was created with the vision of a world where we can share the feeling of home everywhere and together. We create living space for a diverse community of international professionals and counteract the increasing rush in the housing market with an innovative living concept by transforming conventional flats into contemporary co-living spaces. This requires more than a fully furnished flat. That's why we focus on matching the right flatmates and continuously improving our concept flats based on usage data from our Community. We want our Community Members' flatmates to be an asset, not a burden. The entire homefully home experience is supported by independently developed digital processes that start with booking the ideal flat and accompany our tenants throughout their entire customer journey. With a centralized community management team guiding our customers along the way, homefully brings comfort to the otherwise frustrating world of housing. We pave the way for young professionals to arrive in the big city with an all-in-one contract and take care of everything that might complicate their start - from broadcasting fees to their flat's cleaning. Great visions need a strong team. That is why we are looking for reinforcement. With currently almost 40 heads and a clear strategy, we are ready to revolutionize the future of co-living. We are based in Frankfurt am Main and Munich, but already operate in eight cities across Germany and Switzerland.
