We can nimbly help you design and permit your renovation, addition, or new construction project. We can prepare your historic rehabilitation tax credit application or discuss other incentives that may apply to your project. We nominate buildings for the National Register of Historic Places to help ensure the survival of our built environment and sense of place. We are sustainably minded inside and outside the buildings we work on and our interests extend to gardening and permaculture. Our end goal is improving urban cores and communities for people via thoughtful design.
