Homemade Pickwell Ltd

Homemade was established in 2016 to provide social housing to rent predominantly in the South West of England. We recognised that there was a significant shortfall in the provision of social housing and wanted to do something to help address this problem. We develop and build accommodation specifically for this purpose, both through conversions and renovations, and new developments on brownfield sites. We aim to offer affordable and well maintained housing and support to people of all ages and circumstance. We are a private limited company, based in North Devon. We work with in partnership with charities, local community support groups and local authorities mainly in North Devon and Bristol. We have been housed and helped to resettle a number of Syrian families into North Devon communities, and many others through our partnership with Bristol City Council and their Vulnerable Persons Resettlement Scheme (VPRS) program. In addition we house others who at risk of homelessness in these communities as well.
