After reviewing over survey responses from real estate entrepreneurs across the U.S, we’ve found that the biggest challenge for real estate entrepreneurs is effectively balancing the work being done ON the business, while simultaneously fulfilling the obligations of the work being done IN their business. The question is, how is it possible for a real estate business to scale with ease without borrowing money for a salary pool or waiting years to go BIG? What we’ve found is that the “old way” of conducting business kept us dependent on brokers or vendors that have no vested interest in us, therefore no reason to teach us what they know.
