As a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) HomesteadCS operates a full-service Community Loan Center operating an employer based small dollar personal loan program. Providing services in 10 Counties. We help clients understand their options and access to housing resources to help them make informed decisions. We are certified by the State of Indiana and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the U.S. Department of Treasury as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).
