Honest Coaching

As a career counselor and innovation coach, it is my job to help people take responsibility of their own lives. I love and specialize in being able to assist people in making long-lasting positive changes through coaching, advising and teaching. I coach those who are serious in their willingness to change, either individually or in a team. In my work I combine my experience as a career counselor at Maastricht University (UM) with my background in educational psychology, IT, and research (PhD). In a direct and safe way I help people to look at their thoughts and obstacles. Based on that observation, people can then make choices, which will actually help them further in life.
