We are Hongzhi and Yan, the co-founders of Hong Yan AB, a thriving restaurant company that has been making waves in Gothenburg's culinary scene since 2017. Our journey began when we relocated to Sweden in 2016, and within a year, we took the helm of Ichiban Sushi Bar. Through our relentless passion and dedication, we transformed the modest eatery into one of the most sought-after sushi restaurants in the city, earning a spot in the top 5 sushi restaurants in just four years. Our unwavering commitment to excellence saw our business achieve a remarkable 15% annual growth rate from 2017 to 2020. Today, we have established partnerships with industry leaders such as Wix, Zettle, Uber Eats, Foodora, Wolt, Dragon Port, and more, as we continue to redefine the modern Asian dining experience in our beloved second hometown, Gothenburg.
