Honor By August

Their newest release,"Found," finds the band in musical territory somewhere between U2, Snow Patrol, Kings of Leon and Bruce Springsteen - a melodic and accessible blend of rock hooks and lyrical observations on life, loss, love and hope. A fast-growing reputation has helped create opportunities for the band to share stages as big as arenas with artists including BON JOVI, Third Eye Blind, Vertical Horizon, Peter Frampton, Hootie & the Blowfish, Edwin McCain, Hanson, Pat McGee Band and many, many others. While drawing comparisons to some of these bands and developing a sound of their own, Honor By August won the Grand Prize in the Billboard World Song Contest, as well as an XM Radio contest where they beat out hundreds of regional bands to open for Bon Jovi.
