Hoojobs is a job board, and yet, so much more. We're matchmakers. Our goal is helping public relations, communications, and social media talent and employers find each other and start something great together quickly and easily. Simplicity and awesomeness. That's our thing. Our founders, Lindsay Olson and Jolie Downs, are the Managing Partners of Paradigm Staffing, a public relations and marketing staffing firm. We hear the job-seekers' complaints about job boards: too many forms, too much noise, too many advertisements, fake jobs, and the resume "black hole." We want to help professionals in the PR and communications industry quickly find positions that suit them and give employers a simple site to post their open positions and connect with their next hire. We’re about making it easy.
