Hooke is a privately owned, founder-led preclinical CRO focused on rodent in vivo immunology. We're proud to have never had a layoff since our founding in 2007. We're in Lawrence MA, close to I-93 and I-495, next to Andover. In Q1 2027 we're moving 5 minutes north to a larger facility in Salem NH (which has no state income tax). Hooke offers full-service preclinical CRO services in rodent models of autoimmune diseases, including multiple sclerosis (EAE), rheumatoid arthritis (CIA), inflammatory bowel disease (colitis models), and systemic lupus. We emphasize scientific rigor, thoughtful study design, and long-term customer relationships. We also offer kit products, histology, immunohistochemistry, multiplex immunofluorescence, RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, bioinformatics, cytokine analysis, and flow cytometry services. Within our specialty, we believe we're the most active and respected CRO in the world. Our customers include leading international pharmas - including 8 of the top 10 and 15 of the top 20 - as well as venture-funded biotechs, universities, and small startups.
