Hooked Swim focuses on developing water confidence, technique and efficiency for swimmers at all stages, from those learning to swim, competing at a national level, or swimming for fitness in our adult squads. We believe every child should learn to swim from a young age, as being able to swim and enjoy the water is an essential part of the Australian life. Swimming provides a great platform to develop character, fitness and long-lasting friendships. At Hooked Swim we are passionate about- Fostering a love of swimming across all ages and abilities - Assisting in the development of goals and aspirations whilst providing a pathway to achievement - Teaching youth life lessons about hard work, dedication and dealing honourable with success and failure - Refining technique to improve efficiency and speed in the water, as well as protect against injury - Challenging swimmers in a fun cohesive community environment. We understand that every swimmer is different, and we pride ourselves on collaborating with each swimmer to develop a training plan that will enable them to reach their goals.
