Herbie Hooks has been attending classes with his Dad since he was 5 years old and did an apprenticeship with Marks’ previous company Reboot Dorset. Herbie is a qualified Personal Trainer, nutrition coach and Sports Masseuse. Herbie competes in boxing, running and loves weight training and Calisthenics. As well as their boot camp days the duo also run residential boot camps on Dorset, Tenerife & Italy.
