Hoop Recruitment Ltd

Hoop was established with one goal in mind: to deliver a first-class service to candidates and clients. To do this, we set simple yet powerful rules for the business based on our personal morals, ethics, and values. We treat our clients and candidates as we would want to be treated—with honesty, consistency, and in a timely manner. Passionate about service delivery, innovation, and a transparent method of communication, Hoop works in partnership across the UK with public and private sector bodies in Nursing & Healthcare, Education, Social Work, Professional Services, and Human Resources. In 2024, Hoop proudly became 100% employee-owned, transitioning to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). This milestone reflects our commitment to putting people first—always. Operating as an EOT means our employees have an amplified voice, a greater sense of belonging, and the ability to help shape the future of the business they work so hard to drive forward. This change reinforces our dedication to building a sustainable, secure, and thriving future for all our team members. Hoop HQ is based in Cardiff, with an additional location in Swansea. Whether you're a candidate or client, if you’d like further information on the services provided by Hoop Recruitment, please get in touch on 02922 400519. Our People. Our Company. 100% Employee Owned.
