Hop Films

HOP! Films is a portuguese independent film and television production company responsible for, amongst others, VIDAGO PALACE, 1986, DENTRO and MULHERES DE ABRIL. Established in 2001 by Henrique Oliveira, former partner and founder of another known production company, MIRAGEM, which operated between 1987 and 2001. HOP! Films is probably the leader in producing and creating original and high-end series with the largest and most prestigious curriculum in Portugal. Our ambition is to produce series and documentaries of national origin with the dimension, quality and potential to be distributed internationally. Our first major investment is always to recognize projects, with a good story and script or a promising novel to adapt, that can have that global appeal.
