Our goal is to be a necessary liaison within our community, focused on the needs of our low income seniors, low income families, domestic violence survivors and children. Values: • To acknowledge diversity • To share in community partnership • To be an advocate for our community We offer support to our targeted population by way of our many initiatives: Never go without: This initiative delivers groceries to our aging population and low income families by way of our Monthly mobile food pantry. We also have pick up sites within the community where people in need can meet our van for groceries or request a community resource list or referral to a local agency. We Care For You: This initiative delivers birthday and holiday gifts to our aging population and low income families. R.E. L.I.V.E Initiative (Relief from Everyday Life In a Violent Environment): This initiative assist surviving victims of domestic abuse reestablish their lives in a safe, nonviolent environment. We assist with finding resources for housing funds, furniture, clothes for the adults and children, school supplies, Etc.
