Hope Community Foundation

Hope Community Foundation is a community charity based in Sheffield working to improve the lives and the future of people across the city. We run and are continuing to develop a number of different community projects and initiatives from early years education to befriending support for the elderly and isolated. Our services include:[] Running parent and toddler groups [] Operating an Ofsted registered early years nursery [] Providing support for ex-offenders and their families [] Supplying emergency food hampers to people in need [] Providing volunteering and support to community groups [] Delivering ESOL Classes for Non-English speakers [] Offering educational support for home schooled children [] Befriending services to older people We continue to look at how we can work to improve our reach and impact by working with others and by establishing and meeting local needs.
