As the founders of Hope Homes Group, we have a big heart for community and charitable organizations. We know first hand what it feels like to need guidance and assistance with a family member becomes ill. With more than a decade in the real estate industry, we wanted to do more for the community and we found a way to use our business & marketing skills to reach a much larger demographic while giving back in a BIG way. This was the question that built the foundation to our business model. The goal is to donate enough to pay a mortgage for a family affected by critical illness while also allowing partnered agents to continue earning. Through our combined efforts with the Here with HOPE foundation and the Kylie Rowand Foundation we have helped fulfill 60 applications! The mission has expanded to work with other 501c3 organizations so more people and organizations can benefit from this unique infrastructure. How does this work? Most donations are made directly through escrow which means the seller is paying the donation direct to a tax deductible organization. Buying and selling homes is a normal part of life.
