Hope in Depression is a mental health charity that strives to empower, educate, equip and prevent. We support those suffering from depression and anxiety, and their supporters, by providing people with expert knowledge and advice, on our free six-week course. Founded in 2013 by our CEO Lisa Owens, we were initially based in Virginia Water for our first five years. However, Hope in Depression is now a registered charity, and we have plans to take the course much further and reach people all across the UK, by working closely with our expansive range of course partners.
