Can we teach our girls Hope? That’s the question we set out to answer, right in the middle of a global pandemic just about two years ago. Today, having touched the lives of young girls and delivering measurable impact, we continue on a mission to bring Hope to a Million Girls across the world. We aim to bridge the gender disparity throughout girls' lives and help them realize their dreams, no matter how distant they might seem today. We begin by bringing them positive experiences through mentorship, scholarships, guidance, and sheer love. We support them to complete their education and encourage them to open up their minds to a world of professional opportunities that would be most suited to their interests, aptitudes, and ambitions. We work closely with their schools and communities to facilitate all-around education, explore gainful employment opportunities and build entrepreneurship amongst adolescent girls between the ages of 12 and 22 years. Alongside this, we also run school-level, life-skill workshops for building confidence, communication abilities, and emotional healing. Our programs All programs designed by HopeWorks focus on providing tool sets that can help our girls rise above their circumstances. We not only help them build skills but also bring about a mindset change so they can re-imagine a future, with a better quality of life for themselves as well as their families. I-Grow Program: Training programs to help girls become hopeful & believe in the power of their dreams (Ages: 13 - 18 y) HopeCitizen Initiative: Scholarships, mentorship & capability training for girls wanting to pursue UG & PG (Ages: 18 - 22 y) HOSA:'Harnessing Our Special Abilities' for emotional well-being, confidence & resilience (Ages 6-18 y) Usiru: Financial support & scholarships for girl students who lost their parents to Covid-19 (Ages: 6 - 22 y)
