Let me first introduce myself! My name is Leon Stohr, and I have been working in the hospitality industry for more than 25 years, of which 10 years were spent as owner of the Excellenz Group Venlo. During this long career, I realized a recurring problem: it was and is still difficult to find motivated and suitable staff when needed in the hospitality industry in Venlo. On the other hand, there are many international students in Venlo seeking to find a suitable job to combine with their studies. That's why I founded Horeca-Poule Venlo :) I want to face and solve this problem, while working on something I’m passionate about. Horeca-Poule has grown into an active, professional company that works together with employers in the Venlo area. We do this in collaboration with Staffable, part of Mise en Place Group, and were named the best payroll organization in the Netherlands in 2016. This way, we can offer you, as an employer, a complete range of services. This includes pay rolling, training, and, of course, a suitable workplace selected according to your profile.
