Founded in 2014, Horizon Pharmacy has improved therapeutic outcomes in long-term care through customized pharmaceutical care and advancing quality behavioral health services in Rhode Island and beyond. Horizon's high-quality board certified pharmacist and licensed staff are entirely focused on nurturing efficient, trusted relationships with nurses and caretakers in long-term care medical and behavioral health facilities. Since inception our pharmacy have improved the lives of more than 7,350 individuals. Further our profits have supported the mission of Horizon’s three non-profit owners Community Care Alliance, Thrive Behavioral Health, and Newport Mental Health, each of whom provide quality and essential behavioral health services throughout Rhode Island.
