Horizons NFP are specialists in careers education & guidance and supporting people to achieve their potential in work and learning. In early 2015 we changed our company name from Connexions Northamptonshire so that we are able to extend our reach and provide our specialist support, while building on over 25 years of experience outside of Northamptonshire. Horizons delivers the county’s targeted support contract, still under the name Connexions Northamptonshire. Our commercial offering is now delivered under the name of Horizons. We are the provider of choice for Northamptonshire County Council to deliver the Connexions Targeted Support Service to vulnerable young people who are at risk of becoming NEET (not in education, employment or training) or who are already NEET. Connexions Choices Advisers provide independent and impartial careers advice and guidance to encourage and assist young people to participate in education, employment or training. Our Connexions service has reduced youth unemployment in Northamptonshire and achieved county targets for 10 years.
