Hormonious Management

Menopause does not just affect women, it affects all of society. From partners to children to parents and grandparents, to friends and to the whole of society. It affects work colleagues, our bosses, shop workers, the emergency services and beyond, so it goes wider than just our family. So why is this affecting so many women and there is so little support or information to help. Relationships are breaking down due to lack of help, support and information. This is why I have created this page on World Menopause Day (18th Oct 2022), to add my 2 pence in so there is eventually help for everyone impacted by menopause. As a husband with a career in investment banking technology, my role in supporting my wife is essential to our relationship, our children and all the relationships around us, both in families and out of our families. Hormonious Management is here to provide support through listening, coaching and mentoring.
