Horses Building Communities

Horses Building Communities" is a community-based program of wellness and support, designed for military men, women and their families from pre-deployment through homecoming and re-integration into civilian society and family life. Our mission is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where military persons and their families can reconnect to themselves and others brought about through a dynamic and powerful relationship with horses. The services are facilitated by licensed mental health professionals, equine specialists and horses allowing us to give back to those who have served for our country. Through their work with horses, participants of our program will experience increased self-confidence, emotional well-being, improved marital, family and work relationships and a supportive reconnection to the community.
