Daarbij staan de wensen van de gast centraal: Zorg zoals de gast het thuis ook zou willen - “Een huis met een hart”. De aandacht en zorg gaan niet alleen naar de gast, maar ook naar naasten. We staan niet alleen in onze zorg voor de gast maar doen dat samen met de naasten, met andere vrijwilligers en professionele zorgverleners.
