Ours is a collective of brands that strive to bring a fresh experience to the world of hospitality and special events. After opening the catering company roomforty, H.C. founder Steve Fortunato opened the event venue The Fig House. Realizing that more opportunities to expand his philosophy of hospitality were presenting themselves, Fortunato formed the Hospitality Collaborative, with an emphasis on catering, venue development, venue management and event staffing.
