HOSS Consultancy provides sports advisory services to individuals and organisations in the public and private sectors. HOSS Consultancy engages in developing sports events and programs, fostering sports partnerships and facilitating business development opportunities. HOSS Consultancy works across different sports disciplines, including and not limited to basketball, football (soccer), American football and golf. Previously organised events, such as a golf tournament for the 52nd Jamaica Open (2019), the Fam First Foundation’s UK launch (2017) and the Homecoming Hackney Event in the UK (2017). Areas of expertise centre on: sports management; international business and brand development; legacy development; player engagement; client relations management; strategic partnerships; youth development; branding; marketing; operations and logistics; project and event management; and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community engagement. Worked with internationally renowned corporate sports organisations, including Arsenal Football Club, Wembley Stadium, the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the National Football League (NFL). Clients have included NFL and NBA professional athletes (Marshawn Lynch, Joshua Johnson and Jay Ajayi), professional and amateur athlete, celebrities and foundations. Built the legacies of professional athletes and empowered youth through sports, personal and/or professional development and technology. Developed different proposals, such as for the creation and planning of a sports academy for clients such as Bob Marley’s son Rohan and Ki-Mani Marley. Experienced and established networks in diverse markets in the UK and Europe, North America (the United States and Canada), Caribbean (Jamaica) and Africa (Senegal and Mauritius).
